Kaynarca Construction is a family-run business which has recently been formed by Hikmet Kaynarca and his two brothers who have been working in the construction industry for over twenty years and have gained immense experience in building residential homes in particular. Kaynarca Construction started working in North Cyprus some 20 years ago and has since gained a wealth of knowledge working on many successful local developments. This success has recently led us to form our own family-run business, building uniquely designed properties for sale direct to the public from our offices in Alsancak (West Kyrenia).
