 After reading the letter from Tony and Sally-Ann Burrell (Cyprus Today, September 13), we too felt had to highlight our positive experiences with Kaynarca Construction, a small fumily-run builder basaed in Alsancak. We moved ,nto our house in April this year after buying off-plan in April 2007 within the agreed timescales. Initially on our return in April this year we had a short stay in a hotel while our electricity and water were sorted. Baher, the builder’s personal assistant, swiftly took up the case and accompanied us the Kıb-Tek and Lapta Municipality and within a week were connected. Kaynarca Construction have proved themselves reliable, trustworthy and conscientious. We and our neighbours are proud of our houses, built to a very high specification. We can wholeheartedly recommend the srvice of this company to anyone looking for a home in the TRNC – or simply proof that they are good, honest builders to be found.
