Kaynarca İşletmeleri Ltd. is a family-run business which has recently been formed by Hikmet Kaynarca and his two brothers who have been working in the construction industry for over twenty years and have gained immense experience in building residential homes in particular. We started this job in North Cyprus some 20 years ago and have since gained a wealth of knowledge working on many successful local developments.

This success has recently led us to form our own family-run business, building uniquely designed properties for sale direct to the public from our offices in Alsancak (West Kyrenia).    Our first business Project was the design and construction of four executive styled villas in Lapta. These villas have recently been completed to a very high standard, incorporating durability, a quality finish as well as a natural Cypriot look with fantastic sea and mountain view, all of which are of high importance to us.

These have been finished with damp proofing, mains water and electricity, and a five year guarantee as Standard and were all sold very quickly indeed. Our second Project is now under way and will consist of 10 executive styled three and four bedroom villas, they are in Karşıyaka (near to Lapta) and all to be completed to the same high standards and specifications as before.
